In the Ariana ending, if you beat Ferdinand, she will come at the final scene of the end and send Lilina back before she fight Ferdinand. Lilina will think thad what happened was a dream and have a vision to where she should go.

The doubt about who is the father is cleared when you reach the Relic Line's Queen end since Wolf God's daughter will call Lilina "Father". It's obviously the child Lilina made with Wolf God in Cursed Armor I to seal her power and prevent her to turn her to a sex slave.
